Who We Want

The Client Service Manager plays a critical role in providing support and leverage in all manners of client service, daily operations, daily maintenance, and ad hoc projects. Primary responsibilities include preparing materials for client meetings, setting up new accounts, performing timely maintenance on existing accounts. The ideal candidate will posses strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Coordination of projects, training, and on-going development of improved office procedures is also required. The Client Service Manager must be able to exercise quality control when managing multiple projects.
