Who We Want

The role of a Financial Operation Consultant is to assist joining partner offices in the transition process. They will be the main operational contact and will assist the office with training and customizing a process to prepare paperwork and ensure every aspect of clients’ accounts is set up accurately and properly maintained. This role will provide ongoing service and support to advisors during the transition period that exceeds expectations. This includes determining what actions are needed to complete setting up new accounts or perform maintenance on existing client accounts on an accurate and timely basis. They will use Salesforce and other tools to track the overall progress of transitioning offices and report to management. They will strive to contribute to developing the most efficient onboarding process.
