Who We Want

The VP of Tax oversees all aspects of Carson and Partner Offices tax strategy and compliance. The VP of Tax will develop and execute tax compliance for income, sales/use, state, and property tax; manage tax audits; manage tax incentive programs; manage relationship with outside tax resources; ensure proper partnership tax compliance; and ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws. The VP of Tax will oversee tax structuring for acquired entities and compliance with provisions of the purchase agreements. In addition, the VP of Tax will play a key role in managing the capital accounts of the company and maintaining communications concerning tax matters with the Carson shareholders.
