Who We Want

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations of compensation, benefits, and other Total Rewards programs. The Total Rewards Analyst will also support building Total Reward functions in HRIS during system conversion. This role involves analyzing data, benchmarking compensation, and helping to ensure that total rewards programs align with the company’s strategic objectives and comply with legal regulations.
