Who We Want
Carson Wealth - West Des Moines, IA is hiring for a Financial Client Service Manager to assist Advisors in ensuring all aspects of client accounts are accurately and properly opened and maintained. This role will provide support to the Director of Operations and Advisors by providing service that exceeds client expectations.
This includes determining what actions need to be completed to open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing client accounts in an accurate and timely basis. Coordination of projects, training, and note-taking for client meetings is also required. The Financial Client Service Manager must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time while maintaining professional poise and courtesy to clients and internal stakeholders.
